"This is a 'horror piece'. The big band arrangement was made for the Globe Unity Orchestra and performed by them many times, including a Far-East tour in 1980.
The improvisation here might involve 'effects' (rather than music), such as rattling, squeals, shrieks, bumps, shudders and other graveyard sounds."
